Hi All,
I have read some posts on here regarding alloy size as i want to replace my original 16" Trapez alloys with either OEM 17's or 18's, they seem widely available thru ebay but i dont know which to get or what the offsets and PCD means on my car, does anyone know what would fit my car?

I have seen posts that say mine should be:
A4 B6 is 5 x 112 with an ET of 35 to 45
Is the same across the whole range from 02 - 05?

I am thinking of upgrading to A4 s-line 17" Alloys like these:
http://cgi.ebay.co.uk/Audi-VW-S-line-alloy-wheels-tyres-17_W0QQitemZ150355611276QQcmdZViewItemQQptZUK_CarP arts_Acc_Wheels_tyres_Rims_Car_Wheels_ET?hash=item 2301e48e8c&_trksid=p3286.c0.m14&_trkparms=65%3A7%7C66%3A2%7C39%3A1%7C240%3A1318%7C 301%3A1%7C293%3A1%7C294%3A50

Would this fit to my A4 1.8T SE (190) on a 53 plate?

Thanks for your help, i will now read up on what remapping is, as i have seen lots of these posts and dont knwo what it is...sounds interesting tho!

Thanks
Jason

My 2004 s-line quattro 190 is running the standard 18" 5 spoke Ronal alloys, they are 8" wide 5 bolt holes on 112 pcd ( pitch circle diameter ) and an offset of 43. the tyres are standard size of 235 40 18.

Be carefull as the alloys fitted to the A3 look the same but are thinner ( 7 or 7.5") and run 225 tyres, the offsets are also different.

I would recommend you try before you buy!:approve:
