removing stock speakers

I have just got some rainbow component speakers and want to know where all the screws and clips are to remove the door card so I can fit them? can any one help please?

There are Torx screws at the base, Phillips head screws under the handle covers and the original speakers are riveted to the door.

The press studs often rip off the door panel and need gluing back on.
