sat nav help

Ive now fitted the sat nav unit went a dream but i cant get any directions, GPS shows 6-8 satallites but the map page shows me being on a different road to the one im actually on, couple of questions for you guys

1 has anyone seen this before if so how do i rectify this

2 does anyone have a manual for a MFD unit that can be emailed

3 does anyone know where i can download one from
