Hey all new audi owner here.

I have just recently swapped my bike for an audi a4 1.9TDI (1996)

Well its not been a very good introduction to audi's at the mo, first week of having the car the gearbox decides to go! so i'm £400 lighter.

Have loved audi's since I was a kid - so i'm pleased i now own one.

Welcome mate, sorry to hear about the old cog box !
Had it done a lot of miles ? They start showing signs of age around 160k-180k mark.
Stick with it, those engines are bulletproof if looked after and can return 50mpg on a run if you dont have a lead right foot that is !
I had an Audi 80 tdi auto i used as a taxi , best cab i ever had... NEVER let me down in 35k in 18 month :bigok:
