Rust on the Hub.

As above, there is alot of rust spreading over the hub.

Question: Can't I just paint it over with Hammerite or would I need to use some sand paper to remove it?

Best bet... and qucikest, get a circular wire brush on a drill or air tool and clean the area.

Then re-paint.

Hhhmmm.... Do not want to take the wheels off cant be bothered to do it.
Instead of using wire brush, cant I sand it down with sand paper?

u can do it anyway u like as its your car but wheels off 5 mins then u can get in there nice an easy and them paint nice an easy

I would take the wheels off to be honest, last thing you want to do is end up marking your wheels accidently
