help with fault

the ESP light is staying on and the glow plugs light is flashing and when ignition is turned on eigine workshop message is displayey in the multi-function indicator ..as i cant get to my mechanic for 2 days ..can the car still be driven

Without reading the fault codes, there is no way of knowing what the problem is upon which to base the decision.

check to see if your brake lights are still working, i had my esp & abs lights come up on my dash, turned out to be a faulty brake light switch.
