CD Glove Changer

Hi to all just new to this please be gentle.

I have just purchased an Audi A4 Saloon 2006 with a single CD player was hoping to purchase a 6 CD changer for the glove compartment ( off e-bay ) I have had conflicting information as to what Part Number I need

8E0 057 111D or 8E0 035 111D has been provided does anyone know which one or does it really matter???.

Any advice gudiance much appreciated
