What is the difference between the hardware and software versions of radios.
I had a Concert radio in my B8 1.8T originally with H01/S230 and due to poor reception, the dealer swapped it over with a new unit with H02/S210.
I have read that some people have had H11 and software versions up to 330, in the thread relating to SDHCs.
I would like to know what the different hardware and software version numbers mean. Do Concert radios have different versions to Symphony?
I am curious whether the different version combinations, depend on what region of the world you live in.
Also, what is the difference between the Concert and the Symphony radios, other than the 6 CD changer?
