Polo Misfire

Hi, I have a 2003 1.6 Polo (the round light model) the problem that I have is that over the last few months the fuel consumpsion has been getting worse and worse. I have also noted a slight judder in the idling from time to time (almost like a skip in the heart beat) yesterday the car started running very rough (almost like a dead cylinder). My first though was that it was the coil (I have had to replace this once before) but there are no faults regeistered so not sure if it is this. I have check the spark and all cylenders seem to be getting a spark. I have used an injection flush to see if there are any injection blockages but this was not the problem. The engine goes from normal idle to rough idle intemitently, during driving this happens as well (where it surges). With no engine faults I am stumped....

Does anybody have any ideas as to what I can check, Below are the faults that I do have, if anybody can advise of the ones which are quick and easy to fix.
