Original RS4 wheel changing the center caps to VW logo best way?

Hi guys just got these and trying to find the best and cheapest way to change the logo to vw one. They are original audi wheels,

got these caps just pop out when pushed from behind the replace with vw ones:beerchug:

I think after 4 years they did.

Why not look on eBay?

Looked everywhere including eBay and all I can find is the Audi ones. :-(

I can't seem to find any 147mm ones with either the VW logo or no logo.

The closest I've found is:-
