1. Lord of the Rings
"Oh, I can't believe you've not seen it! It's a fantastic film!"
Perhaps, but I really can't be bothered with three hour films. Please don't keep on at me to see it.
Everyone else must have films that they feel they're the only person in the country who hasn't seen them?

Schindler's List is another one that people seem amazed I've not seen. I've just not got round to watching it yet.
I'm not a Tom Cruise fan so I've not seen MI. His acting seems limited to "short man: shouting".

High School Musical, 'cos I'm not an 8yr old girl :D
schindlers list.
Lord of the Rings. Have all 3 that were presents.
Last king of Scotland
Rock the boat.
The evil dead. Watched the first 30 minutes of the original to scary:(.
Davinci code. Was going to watch it last night but woke up with a stinking hangover instead:beerchug:.

God, I dread the day my daughter gets into that. In The Night Garden I can handle, but I will want to vomit the first time I have to watch that.

of all the films listed so far, ive seen 4 weddings, and found it the most boring drivell imaginable, but then anything with that bloke(cannot think of his name, but you know who i mean)is generally rubbish. as for tom cruise, he was good in top gun and should have let his career end there. i much prefer less well known films, like twin town, that no-one else has ever heard of. i find all this hollywood stuff overhyped to get people to watch it, then find its rubbish.

High School Musical scares me more than the other two. 8yr old niece may force me to watch it with her:yikes:

The Dark Knight... I know I should as I love Batman films, but haven't got round to watching it yet.
Casino. Got it on dvd but watched the 1st 30mins when drunk and got lost.
Close Encounters of the Third Kind. Probably should watch it as its a cult classic.
Schindlers List. Again, nope.
The Green Mile, Recorded it from tv onto dvd and it corrupted. :aargh4:
Still haven't seen the 3rd lord of the rings but I've read the books so know what happens :D Saves me a few hours!
I think I need a bit of time to watch some good'ens!

My wife to be has never seen ET!
For those who havent seen Schindler's List.....it is the only film that has made me cry.
I watched it for the first time at the cinema when I was 15, and it took me until I was 26 to bring myself to watch it again.
Very poweful film, very sad, and possibly the greatest film ever made...........and as a fan of some amazing films, it take alot for me to say that.
I read the book on holiday around the pool and so many people stopped and asked me what it was.

Trust me you will be singing the songs before you know whats happening. Daughter is 5 and it is played a lot. She also has hsm3 for the WII and to my shame :Blush2: I am the best in the household at playing it. For some reason my daughter and SWMBO do not want to play with me any more. Sore losers :biglaugh:

In an attempt to prevent me having to put up with HSM, I may start introducing her to Pink Floyd and Radiohead at an early age.

Hmmm... Not to sound too retarded, but I haven't seen Bambi - queued up for hours to see it when I was 4 (It was a re-release, I wasn't a child in the 1940's) and I got to the top 10 in line and the cinema was full! I was devistated because my dad was only at home for a week before he went on ship again for 3 months... cried all the way home!
Haven't seen the Jungle Book either - really not bothered.
Dark Knight - Will see it sometime I suppose.

I think I'll just watch the Matrix again, I'm bound to understand more this time around!

Still haven't seen the 3rd Matrix yet. Saw the 1st one, thought it was one of the best films I'd ever seen. Saw the 2nd one and thought it was one of the worst films I'd ever seen. And it completely ruined the 1st one for me, therefore refuse to see the 3rd one.
With the exception of some of the chick flicks (ha ha ha, do chicks flick their bean whilst watching them?) I've seen all of those listed.
One that I've never seen despite being a massive fan back in the day is Beavis and Butthead do America.
I also can't believe anyone has not mentioned the Shawshank Redemption. A lot of people rave about it citing it as their favourite all time film. I think it is ok but cannot believe that not one of you freaks has admitted to not seeing it.

I've not seen it.
Have trouble at times remembering what I have watched.
Want to go see the new star trek film but pretty sure shmbo has other ideas about what to see.

I loved the first, thought the second was alright and I think I fell asleep / gave up on the third one (after a few lagers). Had it not been for Monica Bellucci the second one would had been far worse. What a woman.

Read the book (big Stephen King fan) and not liking the book much decided the film would be **** so never bothered either.

I've seen it twice, but only from about 1/3rd of the way through, if that counts? :)

Green mile is brilliant as is the book. Maybe I should watch Shawshank, maybe it is better than the book http://www.windowsguide.org/forum/images/smilies/hmmm.gif

2 films that stick out that I've not seen are the Deer Hunter and Apocalyse now

I've seen both of those and didn't see what the fuss was about. I'd like to watch them again as it was a few years back and I'd probably have a greater appreciation of them by now.

Dirty dancing
Any of the SAW films
The da Vinci code (but I have read book!)
And loads more I don't even know the names of!

This is bound to stir up controversy, but:
Star Wars will be a disappointment after all the hype that surrounds it. I saw the films as a kid and then didn't see them until I was in my early twenties, I was really disappointed.

It's on my list of films to watch, I've seen about 3/4 of it. Trouble is, if a film is really long it puts me off watching it.

I'm the same, can't be ***** with long films.
Although Ridley Scott directed my favourite film ever (Alien) so I think I would enjoy it if I watched it. But with a woman nagging you every 10 secs for something she could blatently do herself, it could make it an even longer film! :aargh4:
(love you really my dearest... ;))
