Does anyone know if the rear headrests can be removed

Hi

Can't say I have seen this posted before but I cannot seem to remove the rear headrests from my A4.

Problem is I have two non ISO fix child seats and the Recaro one is nearly at the point where it cannot be adjusted any higher!

Any help much appreciated.

Yes they can. Release the seat and push down slightly....insert a small screwdriver into the hole on the side of the head rest base and pull out. Simple :beerchug:

Had the same problem with our Recaro isofix seat.

Although I was a muppet for a couple of mins trying to get the screwdriver in the hole on the inside rather than the outside! :o

Job now done :D
