Got my collection date (yipee!!)

Had a phonecall from my dealer today confirming that I can collect my car next wednesday. Can`t wait!!

Just another point, regarding chrome exhaust covers on the S-Lines, my dealer says that they have had "quite a few" S-Lines turn up recently without the chrome covers! He says he can`t believe that they would have got past Audi inspections in Germany so suspects that they are going missing en route from Germany. And probably turning up on a well known internet auction site!

Because of this they have stocked up on replacement covers and I have been assured that if mine turns up without them, they will put some on for me.

That's interesting as the chrome tips they sell for non-Slines won't fit the larger S-lines exhausts.

Maybe there's a coupel of models....or maybe it's another dealer making promises without knowing the real details :confused: :(
