View Full Version : Dog Guard anyone?

I've had a variety of estate cars over the last 5 years or so, and always opted for the manufacturers own dog guards, to ensure a good secure fit - after all, who wants >5 stone of hairy mutt flying over the seats under heavy braking?

When I bought my B8 Avant, I had to sit down when the dealers told me the price for the genuine part for the A4 B8 - a monstrous £199...

The cure for this is Travall, in Derby, they produce a unit that is just over half the price, but just as solid and easily removable.
There units have been independently tested at the DoT crash testing centre.
The unit rigidly mounted is easily removed in a matter of seconds.

I was fortunate to get in early and they used my car as a guinea pig for pictures for the install manual and images showing the divider, so I got a nice hefty discount.

So before jumping and buying the Genuine Audi part, this one is seriously worth considering:

Hope this helps someone!
