Hello All,
My tdi (115) passat estate is due a service and it's the biggy according to the book. Will be due at 118k miles. At the same time the timing belt is due to be changed so I rang a couple of VW dealers to get a price:
Martins in Camberley want £450 for the belt and £330 for the service.
Colburns in Woking want £491 for the belt and £320 for the service.
Martins in Farnham want £360 for the belt and £260 for the service.
Quite a difference really but still gonna be £620 min. Is it worth it for a 2000/W car? Does anyone know of a good independant in the Farnborough area?
