Hi,

I'm looking for some help on the origin of the body kit on my car. It's a 2003 A4 TDi 130 Sport, when I bought the car a couple of years ago, the garage salesman told me that the body kit was an Audi factory fitted kit.

Now I’m having problems with rust on the back wheel arch where the arch meets the side skirt. I went to the Audi body shop to claim on the warranty and was told that the side skirt was fitted incorrectly and that there were no cars with factory fitted kits. They said that the kits were fitted at the dealerships.

Can someone shed some light on this please?

it may well be a oem audi kit but fitted after

Here is a picture of the kit, i'm not too sure on the quality of the pic though.

I believe it's an genuine Audi kit. The problem seems to be weather the dealership fitted it or was it fitted at the factory

dealer fit as option so dealer or factory fit if its fitted wrong still audi's fault

Does anybody know how to take the sideskirts off. Are they bonded to the cills?
