I've an SE with adaptive suspension but want to make it look more like the lowerest suspension S-Line equavalents.

The wheel/trye size differnce is nothing accept the s_line is about 1/2 inch wider.

I assume I cant lower the suspension so I'm thinking of getting spacers for the rear wheels to make them look "fuller" in the arch.

I also prefer the 5 spoke star as opposed to the double spoke S-Line wheels so am happy to keep them.

ANy one any thoughts/comments.

I'm thinking about 1" spacers on the rears only will do it?

Mmm so you have the 18" s-line wheels on an SE as an upgrade but the tyres are differnt size? Doesn't make sense to me- thought they would be the same wheel.

I've the 18 x 8J "5 Spoke star", standard on SE and the 19 x 8.5J "7-arm double spoke" on the S-Line look about the same size with standard typres.

The SLine lowered suspension looks sportier but this is an option on S-Lines and is the look I'd like on my SE, but not sure you can achieve if you've adaptive suspension.

Hence thinking about spacers to make the rear wheels look fuller in the arch. I believe you cant go bigger then the S-Line wheel/tyre size which was an option because they'd rub.
