N75 Solenoid Can Anyone Help ???

Been Having Problems With My Beloved 2001 B6 A4 1.9 Tdi 130bhp
Losing Power From The Turbo ??
Took it To A Very Helpfull Guy From The Forum This Morning He Put It On Vag Com And Helped Me Out
And The Following Code Came Out 117965/p1557/005463

I Belive The Possible Symtoms Are -
Loss Of Power = What Im Getting
Limp Mode= What Happens when a few miles down the road

Has Anyone Got A Idea What A Solenoid (n75) is Where It Is Located
any More Important What It looks like ? So I Could Change It And The Prices Of One?

If Anyone Can Assisst Me Or Help Me Futher It Would Be Much Appreciated
Or Even Point Me In The Right Direction
