whats the offset for a passat

looking to buy some alloys, anybody know the offset for a 2.0 2001 passat saloon? iv got 15" tyres at the moment?
would golf alloys fit my car???

The offset is 35 - 45. Just had a new set of alloys for mine (18's) through www.rochfordtyres.co.uk (http://www.rochfordtyres.co.uk). If you go onto their site and input your details they can match you up with the correct fitment for your car.
