Finally fixed me central locking problem

Previously when I pressed the central lock button inside the car the rear offside door would reopen itself immediately. However when I used the button on the remote control it would stay locked. I changed the door locking mechanism and it now works like clockwork. I have now used VAG-COM to program auto-lock at speed and auto-unlock when switched off. I am a happy man.

Care to share how you did it using VAG-COM?

You need the registered version of VAG-COM. Then you enter the Central Convenience Control Module and select ADAPTATION. You go through the list and select the features you want to enable.
