The Temp and fuel gauges on my passat are not working. the instrument at fault is the odemeter (speedo) as i have tried other which have showed the right fuel level and temp. I can't use the ones i've tried cause they need programming etc...
anyway I've done my research on the web and found out that the likey culpritis is the voltage stabiliser in the panel.
Now for the interesting part . i need someone in the know to help me locate where the voltage stabilizer is located in the b5 passat ode panel and how to replace it. I'm trying to avoid having to pay £150 or more to get it repaired or replaced?
