1996 Coupe - bumper removal

The bumpers on my coupe have nudged something in their life before I owned her and as such they are both out of line and need to be removed, the brackets straightened up and then reset properly so they sit right. They are not massively out of kilter but it is noticeable on close inspection. I am not massively technical (see none at all) but want to try this myself if possible. Can you advise how difficult this is and how likely it will be that I can adjust the mounting brackets back to the factory setting.

front held on by 2 17mm headed bolts fitted in front chassis leg or they are just held on with fixingswhich are non adjustble
rear bumper pull down boot carpet and you will see 4 13mm nuts that may give you some adjustment
