My interior lights haven't worked since i bought the car so i chased back the wiring and mended a corroded splice. The lights then started to work intermitantly but after a few days just stopped owrking altogether, does this sound like the common faulty ccm?

And also just wandered, has anybody bought one of the 2nd hand ccm units that are on ebay at the moment?
