19" RS4 Replica wheels + remap

Guys, i'm new here so apologise if this is a repost :-(

I've got an A4 Avant B7 FSI Turbo S Line Special Edition (220bhp)and i've the following question.

What 19" wheels fit? The car currently has 8 x 18" wheels with an ET of 43 - can anyone recommend a good supplier?

Also, i'd like to get the car remapped as it's a bit breathless - i've seen a device that you download the existing map to - email it off to them and they provide an economy map and a fast road (increase of 50 bhp) back and you simply upload this to the car.

Any suggestions or recommendations?
