projector headlamp retro fit?

hi,

just got a 1999 passat and looking to freshen up the front end.
are there an retro fit headlamp kits that use projectors as i want to use HIDs as well.

ive seen the crapy ones on ebay, but dont like the halo rings and audi style leds.

i want some thing that looks a bit more oem.

these are the ones i had on mine and was pleased with the OEM look - got mine from ebay.de when the pound was better !!!

wow . they look just what im after. are the suitable for right hand drive cars? ie light pattern beam.

also got any pics of them fitted? :)

i fancy some of these, seen some just as good a spec for about 130 quid though, from the u.s. think they would freshen up the front end a lot. think the halo rings look rubbish and chavvy

The trouble is foreign ones will dip into the eyes of oncoming traffic. Some have an adjustment level, but this cuts off the flare to the right, rather than making it flare up to the left. (making it symmetrical)

all the ones ive seen are 'e' marked uk spec lights for rhd cars?

emailed seller in taiwan, he said that he can set them up for rh drive UK cars at the factory, just to let him know when ordering.
