smart looking roof rack for Black A4 Avant S line

Hi, I'm looking for a smart looking roof rack for my Black A4 Avant S line. Anyone suggest any particular ones or have any that look good?

Thule Aluminium bars looks pretty smart and sit well against the alu roof rails and trim as in photo (ProRide cycle carrier option shown too) :D

Yep pretty similar and same kind of price- not used Mont Blanc before but have heard they are meant to be as reliable as the Thule system. :biggthump

Hi, Just had a short break in Scotland and bought a Thule Atlantis box. It performed really well, very little wind noise and in my opinion looked really good. I went for the 600 model, which fitted my Avant nicely (no overhang on the windscreen) . Ordered from the roof box company and reccomend them highly. If I can work out how to post a photo, I'll stick one up! - Matt

Sorry! Would help if I read the post properly. I went for the Audi bars, probably made by Thule but there you go...!

no probs. just wondering, they don't mark the chrome bars do they?

Nope they don't mark the bars. They have rubber lining in the feet that screw to the bars and as long as you don't go mad tightening them up (which you don't need too) you'll be fine ;)

kodkod.84 - can you tell me teh exact model of roof racks you have please? I have an A4 2005 Avant and I really like he look of yours. Where did you buy them from by the way?

Yep the roof rack set-up is:

Thule Aerobars no.861 x2
Thule Rapid System roof rail clamps no. 755 x4

If you want the cycle carrier too that is: Thule Pro Ride 591
