What kind of faults?

Intermittant or faulty? Vagcom will tell you.

If intermittant, the faults are probably the result of a loom being unplugged whilst the ignition is switched on. Clear them and see what comes back.

In any case, if you post up exactly what vagcom says all the better. You can copy and paste (from vagcom to here if your using a laptop)

The first thing I'd do is clear the codes and re-scan, the intermittant ones hopefully will be gone.

Any that come back can then be concentrated on.
