Low boost TT possibilities

I dont have much Audi experience, and I dont know if this is the correct section to post, but my car does share a fair amount of Audi parts, I had a question regarding a low boost TT system. I have a V-10 Gallardo, and besides the V-10 tuners such as Heffner, UGR, etc high boost systems, is it possible to have a low boost system without replacing sleeves, pistons, rods, etc on a stock engine block/heads without doing damage to the engine? I dont feel like dropping 60k on a high boost TT system...but if the engine block is so weak I would not entertain the thought...any thoughts/comments from the experts are appreciated, or please steer me in the right direction, thanks..
