Intercoolers????

Hi, i'v had my golf GTTDI 130bhp about 6/7 months now and looking to get a front mount intercooler smack bang in the middle of the bumper but her is the thing, i dono where to get one, all i can find is the 1.8T intercoolders, Would they fit or would there be modifying involved or do you know anywhere where there is one already made? Sorry if this is a stupid question :confused:

will a standard gt tdi 150 front mount intercooler fit straight on to a tdi 130 without mods?

No, not even close, the ARL engine rad, fans, front panel, A/C condenser etc are all different as is the pipe work.

Want a 150PD, buy a 150PD. Remember, a 150 PD isn't just the intercooler, it is also a different turbo and ECU plus one or two other items. It will cost you far more to make your engine the same as an ARL as to throw in the proverbial towel and go buy one!
