Cool - what results have you been getting?
I find that it is hard to put the power down in first gear already (FWD) without the ESP light flashing and killing power or axle tramping when it is off.
I am sure it will be more useful in the higher gears!

We see 240-250 hp... Its all down to the fuel..
With more power comes more wheel spin if you drive it like that..
The map will still run half boost in 1st and 2nd to help for getting the power down and the re-map will only work after 50% load and 50% power.
So still making it very nice to drive. We make it how it should have been from Audi lol..........

Sounds great, so the injectors are the limiting factor? I was going to put a boost guage to check but you may save me the hassle - what boost do they run low down and peak? How much higher do you push it?
Forgive me for being so enquisitive, I used to do a little drag racing in the old days and was friends with the Rigoli family (google that name) in Oz who were into big boost, big turbo's and basic suspension/EMS to get the ET's low - Still are in fact...

Its the fuel pump really there quite small. You can change them for about 20hp more bit of a pain to change though..
The stock car;s run at 1.0 bar we take them to 1.3 so not much but its not all about the boost its the tunning of it all...

Thats good. How much notice do you need to do the work? Thanks,Steve.
RE: EcoMapping
Sounds very interesting. On a general point.. would this affect my warranty and is it something that should be declared to my insurance company?
I ask because I don't want the glove box to break (for example) and audi wont cover it under warranty because I have had the engine tuned.
Similarly I don't want to be rear ended and find out I'm not insured.

As for teling the dealer you have had it done that up to you and them.. We supply a few audi dealers they charge a bit more than we do but they map is a tiny bit diffrent for them not a lot.. But you will be paying for the warrany to be kept... As for the Insurance company I would but yet again up to you.. If its a ECO map to gain on MPG they should not charge a whole lot more......
Audi will only stop your warrnty if the re-map has something to do with it.. As in the turbo go's.... But Audi know they go all they time some times on car's that are just a few weeks old. there just a moving part.. On the other hand what they cant see they wont know about..... :D
Hope this helps a little
