I have done a few of the 174 lumps is both T5's and touareg both seeing good gains on power and MPG.. You cant have one with out the other really.

i had my tdi 115 pd sharan re-mapped about 5-6 months ago dont quote me on time bad memory but anyway i needed more mpg.before mpg around 36.5 to 41.5 depending how i drive and after map between 41 to 46.5 round town on motorway again better seems even better again when cruising at 80mph.also get the power more torque which is what it is all about..also since map never had the dreaded limp mode as i did before...
better throttle response alot smoother drive & because of the torque less gear changes..
in my opinion im made up with the after affects and best of all i got a months trial and if i didnt see any improvment money back less £20 to put it back the way it was before...cost £200 best money spent and i have had it back now by going further on my tank & less visits to the pumps...hope this helps...by the way my power now is 150 bhp..
