Looked like the guy thought he was loosing the back end, if that RS4 has dynamic steering then he probably threw too much over and, well.. There you have it! ;)

They should have shingle to stop the skidding cars hitting that wall... Grass is not good for traction. Anyway, thats a muppet who should not drive a car like that ! Glad he was not injured in the crash...
