Sunroof in-cabin wind noise and air turbulence

When the sunroof is open fully, I am getting really bad in-cabin wind noise and air turbulence, when travelling above 70km/h.

This is actually at the point of being really uncomfortable on my ears.

I also have a sunroof on my B5.5 Passat, and it there is next to no such air turbulence, even when travelling at speeds up to 100km/h.

Is anyone out there with a B8 with a sunroof that is also experiencing a similar problem.

BTW, I have noticed that the wind deflector on the B8 is pretty basic, and doesn't have any cut-outs like on the Passat.

I had the same thing in my A3, and probably every other car with sunroof.
open another window slightly to minimise the pressure difference.
