Chipping/ReMapping A4 Cab

I assume they are one the same. How much would I be looking at at getting my A4 3.0 Cab chipped? What BHP increase could I expect? Would it adversely affect mpg? Any recommendations in the SE?

What are the negatives on being remapped? Can the car handle the extra power or is it a risk that things could detereiorate quicker?

the 3.0 v6 wont see too much in power gains, chipped uk seem to think they can get 20bhp and 30nm of extra torque, it is likely that the car will become smoother, and more responsive too. you might also find a small gain in economy.

downsides are having to tell the insurance.
