AMI retrofiy

I've just picked up a new A4 without AMI as it wasn't an option at the time of ordering.

I've spoken to my dealer (Bolton Audi) but they swear blind I can't have it retrofitted.

The car is an 09 spec with the Aux port and the normal concert.

Should I just try a different dealer?

Has anybody successfully had AMI retrofitted to an 09 car?

Generation 3 radio
concert/symphony from model year 2009 week 22/08 can support ami can bus retro fit.
So find out your build date not the date you picked the car up.

Build week was last week August/first week September.

I only ordered on the 12th July which I understand is after week 22.

well you can retro fit ami no problem as long as your radio is concert/symphony
