Is there an allen key slot to close an electric sunroof on a mk3 golf?

Hi Everyone,

I have a Mk3 golf VR6 (1993), the sunroof (electric) opened the other day as normal, however when i closed it, it's jammed half open on the left hand side.

I've heard a rumour that you can manually open and close by using an allen key, is this true and if so where is the slot for the allen key?

I have the same problem on my GTI, if you take the plastic cover off which is next to the interior light there should be an allen key attached to the sunroof motor and it just slots into the hole on it. German engineering and efficency at its best :biglaugh:
