Hi,

I've got a MK4 Golf Gti Turbo.

I'm running an N75J, Remap, Forge 007p DV with relocation kit & Forge silicone TIP - getting about 195bhp and seeing just under 18psi max.

Now for a while I've had intermittent rev problems. It's SO frustrating coz it'll do it once...then not do it again for a few weeks.

Basically, it's as if the engine dies for a split second? Revs drop and if it wasn't for me dipping my cluth in cases... i'm sure it would die. And on afew occasions now it's caught me out when pulling off in 1st and I've just about stalled.

Any ideas? I've changed the spark plugs 3 times now (from Denso, to NGK low temp plats, back 2 standard NGK plats) and on all plugs it's still the same, so I guess I can count out plugs.

It wouldn't be anything to do with my actuator would it? If it were sticking or something? Just asking because I had my actuator adjusted a while back but I can't remember having this problem before hand. However, other things were done at the same time so it may not be down to this.

As always, you're help is much appreciated.
