Has anybody experienced and rectified the following fault : the cruise control on my coupe only works intermittently. If I can get it to work in the morning it'll work for me on the way to work, but then it might or might not work that evening on the way home, and it might not work the following morning on the way to work.
I first thought that the car had taken on the personality of its owner - do I fancy doing that piece of work this morning or shall I leave it until the afternoon or even tomorrow? I put my indecisiveness and laziness down to the ravages of old age - but the work does get done at the end of the day. As for the cruise control the times that it works get fewer and fewer.
Any help towards a DIY fix would be much appreciated or my hard earned beer and fags money will have to go to my friendly audi mechanic.
