Headlight bulbs blow

Hi

Has anyone got a fix for a headlight problem on my 2002 A4 1.9 tdi 130. I have replaced three bulbs on the drivers side in the past fortnight, each has blown the first time I turned the full lights on.

Just ha another blow, becoming a little expensive - anyone any ideas?
