Suspected head gasket failure

When changing the oil for the first time since buying my GT TDi 130 I noticed a small oil leak from the right hand side front of the cylinder head where it meets the block. The car runs a little rough when cold and has done since I got it almost a year ago.

Should I be worried? is there any need to have it repaired straight away?

Sounds more like the rocker cover gasket than the head gasket
