i have a vw passat tdi 1999,the problem started about 2 weeks ago and has slowly got worse.when i come to start the car it takes a long time to start it turns over fine but doesnt seem to fire when it does start it runs perfectly no power loss no problems what so ever.when the problem first started after i had started the car i could turn it off and it would start fine unless i had left it for a few hours but know if i turn it off and leave it for a couple of mins i have the same problem it doesnt matter if the car is cold or hot ,i have replaced the fuel return pipes but this makes no diffrence,thanks for any help
