Having an irritating problem with the ABS warning light coming on. Can use the car all day on the twisties / around town (i.e. when not doing steady speed for long) with no problems but as soon as do a steady 70mph run on the dual carriageway / motorway after about 10 minutes I get the dreaded 3 beeps (the sound keeps making me think I've been engaged by a heat seeking missile or something) and then the ABS + brake warning light flashes until ignition has been re-set.

Advised this is likely to be dirt on one of the ABS sensors, I jet washed the area around all 4 brakes, but to no avail.

Any other suggestions?

Get it read for faults. The faulty sensor (if it is a sensor) would have logged a fault which makes fixing it a lot easier.

You probably need to remove the sensor to clean and whilst out give the reluctor ring a blow out with compressed air if you can.
