A4 cuts out when it is first started

Hi,

I have an Audi A4, but for about six months it has been cutting out just after I start the car. It is not all the time, but it is getting worse as time goes on. It will start without any problems, but immediately cut out. Sometime I can be up to 15 mins to get it to start. It won't start for ages, then it will decide it is ready to start. It doesn't matter whether the engine is hot or cold, or whether it is damp. It sound like an electrical problem to me, but I don't know what.

The garage cannot find what is wrong with it. It always works when I take it in.

I would be grateful for any ideas.

Hi I think you have a fault with the immobilizer,but a fult code read should verify this
