Lumber support broken!

Does any one have any ideas on how I can fix the lumber support on my driver's seat? The adjustment wheel just goes round and nothing happens. I don't really want to buy a new seat. I am in Petersfield, Hants if anyone knows a place that might be able to repair it for me.
