Door panel and glass removal...

Im going to be removing my rear door glass for tinting in my 52 passat estate...

How are the door panels attactched? Are they easy to remove?

Does the glass come out easily??

Any help appreciated

Ok iv got the panels removed and iv figured out how to detach the glass from the mech, but how does the glass come out?
It doesn't seem to 'tip' to get it out the channel...

Any ideas

Thanks for that but it doesn't really tell me what i need.

Iv worked out how to get the glass off the mech, i just cant see how the glass comes out of the door.

Any ideas
