personally i would recomend changing the car at 200000 if you can,but could you please expand on the colour of the smoke you are seeing?
black smoke denotes diesel usually, and could be expensive to repair, blue smoke usually
means oil burning and at times could be more expensive!
however, if oil was coming through the valve stems,it would do so while you are standing
and would show up as blue smoke when you start up,or after idling for a while.
if it were rings/bores you would see it all the time you are running,
so possibly, just possibly,if it's black, and you don't see it on acceceleration,it may just be a sticking egr valve.the turbo seals could be another culprit as they seal better when the turbo is running with the shaft in the centre of the bearings.
just so many things it could be,but of course the same number it may not be(does that make sense?).
please get back with colour of smoke and we will go from there,
hoping you get it cured with least expence(couldn't spell minimum?)
