Alright guys. I noticed that my front passenger side speaker was sounding a bit odd after i had the electric window motor replaced. I took the card off, and had a nosey inside. Seems as if the repairer (a friend of my cousin) had perforated the speaker.

Now the question is how easy are they to replace? Can I drill the pop rivets and replace it with a spare from the scrap yard? I may even go to the MD to buy the speaker unit, but as far as im aware the Skoda Superb uses the same unit - but im not 100%.

Hope you guys can help. Cheers

Yes, pretty much what you said, get proper ones for ease (as you are planning to) as they have a unique connector.

Cheers for that. Do you know if the superbs speaker fits in there? Might try to save a bit of cash by using that instead. Also is there a specific sized rivet for the surround?
