Hi All,

I have a passat 1.9 tdi 130bhp Highline and im curious to know what is the best work shop manual available. I have the haynes manual for the car but I find it very vague and occassionaly it can be incorrect. I have heard that the Bently manual is one of the best but from the info on the ross - tech website im not sure it will reference my car as it doesnt list my engine code, by the way my engine code is AWX. What workshop manuals does everyone else use? Thanks.:beerchug:

Hi, I have the haynes one as well, not bad but also have the elsawin software on my computer, the one dealers use, and with them both, I can tackle most things quite easily, You can get them on ebay for about £5.
Next on my list is a vag-com so that I can read fault codes etc.

ELSAWin is dealer only software and it is illegal for anyone, other than a dealer, to own.

It will not be discussed on this forum.
