Afternoon all,

Simple one this however i cant find anything anywhere that answers it...

Bought and installed a parot handsfree kit, one of the bluetooth types (CK3000 evoloution) , i've used the wiring kit that comes with it and plugs into the existing ISO connectors, the one thig i'm not sure about is if there's a need to swap round the permenant live and ignition live , it all works fine however the volume always seems to revert back to very loud everytime i get into the car. As it was the job from hell to fit it all in i didn't want to take it out again to test if someone has done already and found the answer!!

thanks to anyone that can shed light on this one.......

I have had a parrot CK3100 fitted for years and it works very well, it is a must to have the permanent live and the ignition live wired correctly to retain settings ect. Regards Richard

Hi new to this site so here we go with a two part question

Trying to fit a Parot CK3100 to my B7 avant (2005) S line 2.0tdi and cant find the accesory live to feed the orange wire on the Parot. Info would indicate that there is no switched live from the radio, as its part of the CAN bus system. Has anybody fitted any accesory to this type of electrical system and where would you get the position one swithed live from (Not Ignition live) .

secondly if I wire the Porot straight to live the units works well, apart from the rear speakers are not muted during conversation Has anybody any ideas please:1zhelp:

PS love the car its my second Audi avant tdi in 18 months (not going back to Mercedes parc again)

Thanks Simon
