Parking sensor?

I recently installed a new navsure satnav/radio into my 2001 a4 audi but I had to join pins 4 and 7 and use a pc09-401 harness to get it to power up, someone did suggest swaping them over (pins 4 & 7) but not sure if this would make any difference :confused:
I now find that my parking sensor doesn't work :zx11: anyone know how I get it working again.
